Contract renewals. What’s the best solution in your opinion?

Keep it as it is: players don’t sign a new contract if they don’t
play enough for their needs

Bring back journeyman: a player who seem to travel from club to club
and never really stays in one club for many seasons

A merge of the two: players don’t sign a new contract if they don’t
play enough for their needs but that can go to a refusal also for a
strong player in the lower divisions or for a player that has been in
the same club for a long time and want a fresh start
